Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of rembrandt-ca.com (rembrandt-casino). They form a legally binding agreement between you and Condor Malta Ltd, effective 2025-10-01.

Account Registration

- Eligibility and age: You must be at least the legal gambling age in your province/territory of residence: 19+ in most provinces/territories; 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec. Access is prohibited where illegal and to residents of Ontario.
- Personal account only: One account per person, household, IP/device. Accounts are non-transferable; third-party deposits/usage are prohibited.
- Accurate information: You must provide true, complete, and current data. You must promptly update changes. False or misleading information may lead to suspension or closure.
- Password security: Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your Account unless caused by the Operator's breach.
- KYC and verification: We may require government-issued photo ID, proof of address (e.g., utility bill/bank statement), payment method ownership proof, and source-of-funds/source-of-wealth documentation. We may use third-party verification providers. Failure to pass KYC may result in account restriction, cancellation of bonuses, and return of remaining real-money balances subject to legal requirements.
- Sanctions and location: You confirm you are not subject to applicable sanctions and are physically located in a permitted Canadian jurisdiction at the time of play. We may use geolocation and IP checks.
Betting & Gameplay Rules

- Placing wagers: You may place bets on eligible casino games (including live casino) while logged in with sufficient real or eligible bonus funds. Game-specific minimums/maximums are shown in-game.
- Settlement and records: Game outcomes are determined by the relevant game software or live game provider's rules. The Operator's and suppliers' records are final, subject to manifest error.
- Cancellation/modification: Once accepted, bets cannot be altered or cancelled by the Player. The Operator may cancel bets due to malfunction, evident error, or regulatory reasons, with the affected stake returned.
- Malfunctions: Malfunction voids all pays and plays for the affected round(s). If a payout was made in error, you must return it; we may reverse such transactions.
- Conduct and chats: Abusive language, harassment, spam, collusion, use of bots/automation, advantage play exploiting glitches, or attempts to manipulate outcomes are prohibited. We may mute, remove chat access, void affected bets, and suspend or close accounts.
- Fair use: Use of VPNs, proxies, multiple accounts, pooled bankrolls, or shared devices to circumvent controls is prohibited.
Bonus Terms

- Wagering requirements: Each bonus specifies a wagering multiplier and expiry timeframe. Unmet wagering within the timeframe leads to forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
- Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally. Typical variations apply (e.g., many slots may contribute higher than table/live games). The exact contribution table is shown on the promotion page and/or in the Bonus Policy; always check per-offer rules.
- Bet caps and restrictions: Maximum bet per spin/round while wagering a bonus may apply. Use of low-risk betting patterns (e.g., minimal risk on table coverage, hedge betting) may breach bonus terms.
- Prohibited actions: Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, using "bonus funds" to progress to a final stage then switching to cash, or delaying of rounds to a later time is prohibited.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, promotions cannot be combined. Bonus funds are used only after real-money funds, unless stated otherwise.
- Adjustments: We may refuse, revoke, or adjust a bonus where abuse, error, or regulatory issues are identified, returning the deposit when appropriate and voiding bonus-derived winnings.
Payments & Withdrawals

- Methods: Supported options may include debit/credit cards, e-wallets, bank transfers, and, where legally and operationally available, cryptocurrencies via regulated processors. Availability varies by location and provider.
- Ownership and third parties: You may deposit/withdraw only with payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not permitted.
- Processing times: Deposits typically credit instantly once approved by your provider. Withdrawals are subject to internal review and KYC; typical internal processing may take up to several business days, after which payout speed depends on your chosen method.
- Limits: Minimum/maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier before you confirm a transaction. We may set daily/weekly/monthly caps for risk and regulatory reasons.
- Fees: The Operator aims to avoid charging fees; however, currency conversion, intermediary, or processor fees may apply and are outside our control. Any Operator fee will be disclosed before you confirm.
- Verification holds: We may withhold payments pending KYC, fraud, or AML checks. Failure to provide requested documents may lead to cancellation of withdrawal and return of funds to the Account balance or original payment method where possible.
- Chargebacks and refunds: Chargebacks are a material breach. We may suspend the Account, recover costs, and report suspected fraud. Refunds are granted at our discretion and, where granted, will void related bonuses and bonus-derived winnings.
- Inactive accounts: After 12 months of inactivity, we may classify the Account as dormant following notice. Applicable administrative fees (if any) will comply with law and be disclosed before application.
Limitation of Liability

- Error/malfunction: For wagers affected by a manifest error or malfunction, our liability is limited to refunding the stake for the affected bet or restoring the account state immediately prior to the error.
- Maximum compensation: For any single incident related to a bet, our maximum liability will not exceed the amount of the bet placed on the affected game round.
- Responsible play notice: Gambling involves financial risk. Play responsibly and never wager funds you cannot afford to lose. You can request limits or self-exclusion via your Account tools or customer support.
- Consumer rights: Nothing in these Terms limits non-excludable consumer rights under applicable laws.
Intellectual Property Rights

- Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services or content, except where permitted by mandatory law.
- Brand use: Use of the rembrandt-casino name and related marks is permitted only in connection with rembrandt-ca.com and only as expressly authorized by the Operator.
Privacy & Data Protection

Termination & Suspension

- By the Operator: We may suspend or close your Account with notice where reasonably possible for: breach of these Terms; underage play; fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or chargebacks; AML/KYC concerns; regulatory or legal requirements; or use from a Restricted Jurisdiction (including Ontario).
- By you: You may close your Account at any time via customer support. Self-exclusion tools are also available.
- Funds on closure: On closure, we will pay out your eligible real-money balance to a payment method in your name, subject to verification, legal holds, and deduction of any applicable fees or chargeback-related amounts. Bonuses and related winnings are forfeited on closure for cause.
- Notice: We will notify you of the reason for suspension/closure unless prohibited by law or security considerations.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- Courts: Subject to any applicable consumer rights, the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Regional Compliance Note: The Services are not offered to residents of Ontario and are not regulated by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or iGaming Ontario. If you are in Ontario, do not register or use the Services.
